Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice for Middlesex County

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice team. You’ll provide expert nursing care to patients facing life-limiting illnesses—supporting not only their medical needs, but the emotional needs of families navigating some of life’s most critical moments.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Assess and develop individualized care plans for patients with life-threatening or terminal conditions
• Deliver skilled nursing care with empathy and clinical excellence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, patient-centered care
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the end-of-life journey
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical updates
• Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and organizational policies
  
  

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• RN license with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• 1+ year of supervised clinical nursing experience
• Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care Nursing or Critical Care (preferred)
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills
• A heart for patient care, and a drive to make a difference every day
• A valid NJ Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation
